Do you get Too Attached to the Outcome?

Do you get ‘Too Attached to the Outcome’?

There’s a popular quote that’s been floating around for a long time:

“Never get too attached to someone, because attachments lead to expectations and expectations lead to disappointments.” –author unknown

In this case, let’s replace the word someone with something or the outcome. The point being that being too attached is only going to lead to disappointment.

For example, let’s say you’re a coach and have just brought on a new coaching client. Someone who is full of potential, has amazing ideas, is a go-getter and you can’t wait to help them move their business forward and to the next level. You know she will succeed with your coaching, guidance and step-by-step action plan.

Instead, she ends up sabotaging herself. She finds excuse after excuse why she can’t follow the action plan you’ve not only suggested but proven over and over from testimonials of other clients that it works. She ended up letting her business stay stagnant and wasn’t willing to step out of her comfort zone to move to the next level.

What happened? Did you end up taking it personally that she didn’t succeed? Did you end up feeling like a failure as a coach? More than likely the answer is yes and that’s because you were too attached to the outcome.

In order to get through failure and disappointment, it’s essential that we learn how to not be too attached to an outcome. It’s not easy. But it can be achieved. The question is how? Here are some things you can do to work on not becoming too attached to something or an outcome:

Acceptance – accepting that things are okay the way they are is a great place to start. Learn to accept the way a situation turned out is how it was meant to turn out and forget how you thought things should go.

I like the thought – ‘This or something better’. It helps me deal with things I thought would be nice, preferred or desirable, when I know that if it isn’t this, then I’m waiting for something better!

Be present – being aware in each moment – don’t dwell in the past or think about the future, instead focus on being present and enjoying the moment. Make the most of what you’re doing. When you dwell on what you could have done in the past or what you could do in the future to change something, you’re still too attached to that outcome. By practicing being present in the moment and making the most of it, you’re practicing detachment from an outcome. There’s nothing we can do to change the past, and there’s no point meeting trouble halfway by living the emotion of an imagined future.

Gratitudepractice being grateful for everything around you, even if something isn’t going as you had planned. For example, who likes getting bills in the post? Nobody. But instead of focusing on how if you had gotten that dream job you interviewed for (too attached to the outcome) paying the bills would be a breeze, instead, be grateful that you have a job and can pay those bills.

Question yourself – this one is an important tip. When you find that you’re attached to an outcome question yourself why. For example, have you fallen into believing an illusion that if you had gotten that dream job life would be easier and you would finally be happy? Dig deep and work out why you’re thinking the way you are. ( Hint – Is it fear,  not thinking you’re good enough …)

Life is short; don’t spend it wasting your precious energy on something you probably have no control over anyway – the outcome of something. Sometimes you can control it but most of the time you can’t. Keep practicing and eventually, you’ll be able to let go of attachment to outcomes and find yourself being content, experiencing fewer disappointments and feeling happier.

Does this happen to you – getting too attached to how things are going to work out? What do you do to manage it?

Let me know, I love to hear how others handle these kind of things.

Create a future that you can believe in. It’s time to dream dreams.

Create a Future You Can Believe In

When your self-esteem begins to rise, you realise you have options you never hoped for. Suddenly, your future isn’t bleak and depressing. It’s exciting and filled with new opportunities and experiences. Rather than dreading the future, you’re anticipating it. So, what’s next? How do you get from where you are today to that bright, shiny future that you’re looking forward to?

It’s time to dream a dream.

Start by dreaming. Dream your dreams! What is it that you really want to do? Try to think about what you’d like your life to look like if money and time weren’t factors. Would you take dance classes? Start your own business? Embrace your inner artist?  Travel across the country in an RV / Camper van?

You can’t work toward your dreams until you’ve identified them. What feels good to you? It’s OK to have multiple dreams. Most people are multi-passionate. They have a passion for several different things. You don’t have to just pick one thing and be that for the rest of your life.

What does your future self want to accomplish?

It’s time to figure out what you want to accomplish. This isn’t about titles or money or fame. It’s about how you want to be remembered. How will leave your mark on the world? How do you want to make people feel about you?

Do you want to be remembered for being that sassy businesswoman that provided clean drinking water for an entire village in a third world country? Do you want to be remembered as the artist and foster mom of countless teens that didn’t have a place to go? Do you want to be the secretary that decided to go to medical school at age fifty?

What do you see as the major roadblock to making that happen?

Anticipating roadblocks ahead of time can be helpful when you’re thinking about the future. Common roadblocks might include time, money, or a lack of emotional support. You don’t have to have all the answers right now. Just acknowledge the roadblocks. By doing this, you’ll be better prepared mentally and emotionally when you encounter setbacks or problems along the way.

What does your life look like when that road back is in your rear mirror?

No matter who you are or what you’re trying to achieve, you will encounter roadblocks. In order to prevail over them, you have to have a clear vision of your future. This vision has to be strong enough to motivate you when you’re still living your ‘before’ story.  If your goal is to go back to college, then imagine that moment when you walk across the stage in your graduation gown. If your goal is to start a business, imagine that moment when you get your first client. Hold onto your vision.

Dreaming about your future and planning for it can be exciting. It can also feel a little scary at times. But don’t let the fear stop you. You deserve a beautiful future filled with dreams.

Conquering Negative Self Talk – Build your self esteem

Conquering Negative Self Talk

Low self-esteem can cause negative self-talk. This can further lower your self-esteem causing a vicious cycle where you continually feel bad about yourself. The good news is that you can change the way you talk to and about yourself. When you conquer negative self-talk, your self-esteem will improve. You’ll gain more self-confidence and you’ll feel more optimistic about your life in general.

If you’re ready to break the cycle of negativity, you need to understand these essential truths.

Actions follow thoughts, so your thoughts are important.

Your actions always begin with your thoughts. If you think that you’re destined to be overweight, then it doesn’t matter how many diet books you buy or how many nutritionists you talk to, you’re still going to be overweight. You’ll stay overweight because you haven’t changed your mindset. You’ve identified the thought that you are that and so you are.

If you want to change your life, you have to change your thoughts first. Instead of thinking that you’re destined to be overweight, flip the script. Say to yourself, ‘I am in control of what I eat and how much I eat’. Instead of thinking you’re over 50 and therefore too old to make changes or have a chance of being fit, say to yourself. ’I can be fit and healthy at my age’ and then – find proof! Doing this changes the story you’re telling yourself. You just went from the victim in this story to the victor. Finding proof, means looking for evidence that it is possible to have what you want. For instance, find examples of women who have amazing fitness for their age. Older athletes or ‘ordinary’ women who have decided that they can do it! If they can do it, so can you!

You don’t have to be carried away by negative thoughts.

You are the only one with the power to change your mental soundtrack. Just because you have a negative thought doesn’t mean you have to listen to it, or, even more importantly, believe it. You have the power to change your focus. Instead of concentrating on the terrible day you had, start thinking about a simple pleasure you’re anticipating like getting to change into your warm pyjamas tonight or hearing your grandsons laughter during a silly bedtime game. By focusing on the positive, you’re teaching yourself to let go of negative thoughts.

Garbage In = Garbage Out

It’s hard to stay positive if you’re constantly consuming negative information. If you really want to change your negative self-talk, then you have to focus on consuming good stuff. You want to read and watch content that lifts you up. Not only will you feel better, but you’ll also notice that your self-talk is more optimistic when you focus on the good.

Practice positive affirmations.

What you say about yourself becomes your truth. That’s why it can be helpful to practice positive affirmations every day. Start by looking in the mirror and telling yourself, ‘Today, I choose to be happy’ or ‘Today, I choose to fully accept myself’. When you speak these thoughts out loud, they’ll begin to affect how you talk to yourself and how you live your life.

Everyone struggles with negative self-talk at some point in their life. The important thing is not to beat yourself up when you realise your thoughts are negative. Accept that you had a negative thought and replace it with a positive one.

Did you know … writing down 3 things you are grateful for, every day for 21 days can change your negative mindset to a positive one?

Wow!

Is It Your Environment that Needs Changing?

Is It Your Environment that Needs to Change?

Low self-esteem and a lack of confidence can be caused by a number of things. Many people think that to fix low self-esteem, you have to look inside yourself. While it’s true that there are internal things that cause low self-esteem, there are also external factors that can contribute to low self-esteem.

Instead of looking inside for all the reasons you’re not more confident or successful, let’s look at the space you live in. Ask yourself these questions and spend some time thinking about your answers.

Are You Playing Small?

Sometimes we feel small because we’re living small. This doesn’t mean that you have to drop everything and go backpacking through Europe right now or that every moment of your life has to be an epic adventure.

But for many people with low self-esteem, it’s easy to get into a rut. You start believing that you can’t do better and so you stop trying. You create a self-fulfilling prophecy without realizing it. Look at your life right now. What limitations have you accepted without challenging them? What areas of your life have you accepted as “good enough”?

Is it time to update your wardrobe, or throw out the stuff that doesn’t fit well or that doesn’t make you feel good?  Do you have a load of mismatched socks that could be replaced? You deserve more … you deserve better, even if it’s just some new socks!

Are You Encouraged and Uplifted by Your Friends and Family?

We are deeply influenced by the people we spend time with. This can be a good thing if you’re spending time with positive people. But if your friends and family are unkind or negative, that same attitude can rub off on you.

Ask yourself how you’d feel if you didn’t speak to a certain friend or family member for a week. Would you feel relieved at the thought of missing Aunt Sylvia’s rants about the job she hates? Would you feel sad if you missed that call from your sister who helps you see the best in the world?

If there’s someone negative in your life, you don’t have to cut them out completely. But do look for ways to limit your time together and don’t be afraid to change the topic of conversation if things take a negative turn.

You don’t have to pick up the phone every time it rings, especially if it’s someone who abuses the relationship you have by constantly interrupting your life to tell you all about theirs. It’s not that you have to be an awful friend or relative, but you could be a little less available for people who bring you down rather than build you up. Answer the phone to people for your convenience, not theirs.

Are You Pursuing New Experiences?

Often a lack of confidence and self-esteem can be caused by becoming too comfortable. You do the same things, in the same way, every single day. You don’t change things about. You don’t challenge yourself to experience new things and you don’t go beyond what’s safe and comfortable. This can cause you to stop growing as a person. It can also make your world seem smaller and contracted. A life lived in black and white rather than full colour!

When you go outside your normal routine and look for new experience, you open yourself up. You discover new ways to do things. You find solutions that you wouldn’t have come up with any other way. You learn more about yourself and the world around you.

You can find new experiences into your life just by looking for opportunities outside of your comfort zone. Try a different type of cuisine. Drive a different route to work. Volunteer at an organization that you wouldn’t typically support. Take a weekend road trip and see where you end up. If I have time, I often drive around a new area of town, a new housing development or go through a village I don’t normally drive through, just to see something different or to learn a different route or area.

Do you exercise?

It’s really important to move your body. Nowadays it’s easy to get stuck in a routine that has you sitting far longer than is healthy. Are you a member of a gym or club? Do you exercise at home with DVDs? Can you walk up escalators or use the stairs more?

Whatever your level of fitness, you can mix it about and change your habits, and little changes and challenges, nothing overwhelming, can really change the feelings you have about yourself and your body.

Exercise is one of the best ways to release stress from your body and that is a necessity for most of us. A small amount of exercise can change your brain when it comes to relieving stress and is so much better than reaching for alternative ways to self soothe. You know what I mean!… too many glasses of wine, snacks in front of the TV or cigarettes. Make some tweaks … you will begin to feel better about yourself and take on a new attitude to everything around you, and who knows where it might lead.

Your environment shapes your self-confidence, so don’t be afraid to look around at your life and make some changes. Surround yourself with people and experiences that build up your self-esteem and make you happy.

Discover how your environment is impacting you with a free bonus workbook.

What will you Embrace in 2019?

Did you know … 80% of New Year resolutions are dropped before the end of January?

What a waste of time and energy!

Thank goodness there’s a better way that’s lasting and much less defeating:

You might have heard of picking a ‘Word of the Year’, but how about picking  a “Theme for the year?”

Read about these women who tried something different …

At the end of each year, Jenna always made lengthy lists of New Year’s resolutions. She wanted to improve her life but come February, she would abandon her list and promise that she would get around to her resolutions later. This created a cycle of guilt and shame that followed her year after year.

Finally, Jenna shared her frustrations with her neighbor, Renee. That’s when Renee shared that she doesn’t use resolutions because they can be exhausting and overwhelming. “Instead I pick a theme for each year,” Renee explained, “A theme is all about embracing joy and being more intentional with each year of your life.”

Renee isn’t the only that prefers to choose a theme for the upcoming year. So do these smart women…

The Year of Creativity

Rebecca had a good job that she enjoyed. But she wasn’t feeling fulfilled and she didn’t know why. She was thinking of switching careers when she went to stay with one of her girlfriends for a weekend. While there, she helped her girlfriend, a single mom, with some quick and creative renovations.

That’s when she realized her life had been missing creativity. It wasn’t that she wanted a different job—she just wanted more imagination in her life. Each month, she picked a hobby that allowed her the space to create.

The Year of Yes

Shonda Rhimes didn’t realize she’d been stuck in her ways until a relative asked her to do something fun. When she declined, she was told that she spent most of her time saying ‘no’ to opportunities.

The conversation opened her eyes and she decided to open herself to more possibilities. This sparked what she now calls her “Year of Yes”. She even wrote a book about the experience and you can find it here.

The Year of Self-Care

Delaney had spent years putting herself on the back burner. It took a serious health scare in December to make her take a hard look at her priorities. She knew she had to make a change.

So, she decided that her theme for the upcoming year would be self-care. She hired a counselor to help her tackle her emotional eating. With the help of a friend, she updated her wardrobe so she felt confident about her appearance.

There are so many different ways to set a theme for the New Year. Your theme could be about what you want to add (like creativity) or what you want to remove (like stress or emotional eating). Remember, there’s no right or wrong theme. Pick one that speaks to you and lean into it!

Are you truly happy with your life?

Life and loss in your second half

I lost something dear to me last week.

It was a building.

But to me it was so much more than a building.

My grandfather built it in the early 1930’s . It was a two story restaurant and bakery that at capacity could seat over 600 people and at busy times, had another 100 or so people queueing outside waiting for a table.

My mother was seating this queue when she went into labor 6 weeks early – so I can literally say, I was practically born in this place.

When someone posted this picture on Facbook last week, it brought tears to my eyes.

Its demolition was begun.

I past it often and was not sure if I dare drive past.

I contacted a friend, someone I have known since we were 4 years old.

She has plenty of memories about the place too!

“I have so many happy memories of you and I playing upstairs in the flat with your fabulous dolls house and other wonderful toys. When I think of Cordy’s so many memories come flooding back; the smell your grandad’s cigars, his treasured history books, your grandma’s magnificent silver, the huge dining room, the lovely thick carpets and the panoramic sea views. The building maybe no more but our memories and shared history will live on.
So many people have such happy memories of Cordy’s but ours are extra special; I can see us in our 1960s party dresses, bobbles in our hair, white lacy ankle socks and black patent shoes. Then we had those lovely woollen dresses with pompom balls! I can remember us playing in the upstairs restaurant when it was closed and your nana wondering what we were up to; I seem to remember us checking out the ladies toilets haha goodness only knows why we would be so interested in going in there. Can you remember this?

Indeed I can, and so many more!

My grandparents, parents,  aunts and uncles, staff, customers, visiting relatives and friends could all be found there.

Going through the big rotating doors meant I was safe and never alone – never hungry either!

My grandparents lived in the flat above and I spent so much time there that I listed it as my address if anyone asked.

I realize that it was more than just a building.

It was my safe place, my castle, my playground.

So, as I mourn the loss of this huge part of my life and relive the memories, smells and sounds of it,  I am reminded that every woman feels losses of some sort at this time in their life.

  • Parents
  • Children
  • Jobs
  • Marriages
  • Death of friends
  • Financial loss
  • Downsizing
  • Health
  • and more

Yes. Structure feels good

and so do structures,

as it’s part of feeling safe and grounded.

Loss is neither of those things.

It makes us feel anxious and confused as we calibrate to a different normal.

There can be a feeling of despondency and a looming sadness unless we do something different.

More than ever at this time, we need to keep adding things in, being creative and not smalling our minds down.

We must move up the spiral of life and not down.

We must understand ourselves fully and focus forward.

I don’t want to shrink to fit societies expectations of what someone my age should do, and neither should you!

My buddy reminded me that we must remember and learn from the past in a positive way but live in the moment and embrace and absorb new opportunities.

There must be new dreams to dream and creative projects on the go.

Retrain your thoughts, focus anew on opportunities, be curious and willing to learn and at least listen to another point of view.

Don’t neglect relationships, be open to discovering how to communicate and how to let go of ‘stuff’, those little niggles and hurts.

Forgive others, but mostly forgive yourself.

And maybe, let go of the things that are not worth your time, energy and effort.

It takes time to recalibrate and I don’t say it’s easy, but I do know that it’s worth the effort.

But this is a reminder for me, that as I live my life at the midpoint, my work calls me to help others who are doing the same.

  • The world really needs people who are grounded.
  • People who have wisdom and experience.
  • People who have an optimistic forward focus with experience of hindsight.
  • Our young people need wise elders.
  • Our world needs people who see where light is needed and are willing to offer it.

Grief and loss … it’s one of those things you can’t go round, you have to go through.

Stay steady, be willing to feel into it, be willing to work through it, and you will find diamonds on your path.

I wish you well as we join each other on this path.

Stay a while and chat …

Cheerybye for now!

A story of trusting my gut and using my intuition!

How strong is your gut muscle, the trusting your gut muscle, your intuition?

A few years ago I had an experience that really had me move into a powerful stance of using my intuition and trusting my gut, literally … the trust part, and the gut part!

If you have heard the longer more personal story of my life, you know there was a time when I was a part owner of a pub.

Stressful times for someone who is generally not too prone to stress.

Any how, I was having pains in my stomach on a daily basis that were getting worse and worse and put it down to the burgeoning amount of stress that I was feeling. I tried everything I could think of from natural remedies, to over the counter pharmaceuticals (that’s how you know it was paining me!) until finally, I decided I needed to see a doctor.  I tend to think that if I have to consult a doctor, it’s a last resort. I tell them they are my last resort too.

So by now, the pains were having me double up at times, usually after eating, and I was also having to lay down and take a nap because I was feeling wiped out. Not like me at all. I don’t do daytime laydowns and never feel tired before bedtime.  The pain was worrying me more, right across the front of my stomach.

The doctor, who I had never seen before said,

“Well, I think it’s your gallbladder. How old are you?  … oh yes, you’re at the prime age for gallbladder issues in women, have you heard the expression Fair, Forty and Fat?”

My instant reaction was, “No it’s not that!” I don’t know where I got the idea to be so outspoken with a Dr’s opinion but I KNEW it was not my gallbladder. My guess is that he thought that I didn’t like the idea of being called fat when I most definitely was not fat or overweight at all.

What he did not know is that I have been a lifelong healthy eater and did not have the lifestyle of someone who would have gallbladder issues. I didn’t have the symptoms in the classical form either, so I was not convinced he was right and said so. He did some poking and prodding and said if I got any worse over the weekend then I should call an ambulance and be admitted as an emergency so they could remove my gallbladder and in the meantime gave me a prescription for some antibiotics and booked me in for an ultrasound sometime in the next two weeks.

Later that day I was doubled up in pain and being sick. My family got the antibiotics and were alarmed when I said I wasn’t going to take them. “It’s not my gallbladder I kept saying. Don’t take me to hospital, I am not having my gallbladder removed.”

Luckily the next day a cancelled appointment at the hospital allowed me to have an ultrasound. “Remind me, why are you here, for fibroids? – looks like you have three here”.

“No, move over it’s my gallbladder.”

“Ah, well there are no gallstones there that I can see although it is a bit enlarged that shows it is inflamed but not how it should look if you are having it removed.“

Luckily I have good friends! One is a natural health expert and I had been consulting her about what it could be. She came round that evening with all the stuff to make a poultice of castor oil. By that time, I couldn’t stand and was being sick regularly.

Gradually feeling worse and worse, another friend sent her boyfriend round who was a doctor in the ER of a busy London hospital. What a blessing that was. He recognized the symptoms straight away and said that he thought I had all the symptoms of Hepatitis A. Although I was feeling grim, it would pass after the crisis point and after several weeks the virus would die down and I would be fine again with no long-term symptoms, unlike other forms of Hepatitis, so all would be well, but the only way to confirm this was a blood test.

Slipping in and out of sleep for 2 more days, finally, I was able to phone the doctors and ask for a blood test. After a little white lie about how I ‘knew it was hep A’, they did the blood test.

You can guess the result!  Most unusual for someone like me, who had not been traveling to exotic climes, to contract Hep A. It was a mystery how I got it, but at least now I knew what it was.

The point, after my long-winded tale is this.  I knew from some knowing beyond my intellect that I was right. I had never defied an ‘experts’ view before. I am naturally obedient and conservative, but I cannot express how forcefully my intuition told me I was right. Even when my family were practically begging me to take the antibiotics I had been given and go to the hospital, my self-trust so was strong.

It was a wonderful lesson to me about intuition and trusting my gut!

My poor sick gut still knew.

So how do we trust our gut, our intuition more? How can we have our intuition guide us?

For me, it has been a gradual process. I remember the times in my past when I did not trust my gut and my gut had been right. The more you can compare these times and capture the physical, mental and emotional reactions you have when your gut talks to you, the more likely you are to be able to trust it.

The thing that often gets in the way of this process is FEAR. In the past, the fear of me being wrong about my instincts, the fear of what would happen if I was wrong, prevented me from sticking to my guns over a choice I felt should be taken. That and of trying to explain myself when I wasn’t able to articulate why  I was trusting my gut when I didn’t have anything else to go one.

You can override fear if you find the right technique or phrase to take yourself through – a pattern interrupter.

I began to understand how to quash my fears with the help of Byron Katie. Her technique is simple to learn and is known as The work. The key to it is to ask yourself 4 questions, the most powerful being, “ Is that true?”

(That was a stupidly brief explanation, but look her up or find her books on Amazon to find out more.)

Along with some pranayama, (breath work), it’s possible to tame the fear and listen to your intuition.

If it was now, I would use Oracle cards to help me trust my intuition. The longer I have worked with them the more they guide me.

It’s like getting to know a friend!

What do you think?   Have you ever had a powerful experience of Trusting your gut?

Let me know.

I love hearing from you!

Why you might not want a psychic reading.

What comes to mind when you think of someone having a psychic reading?

Crystal balls, trance mediums, voices from beyond, your future foretold?

Well, let me tell you right now, if that is what you want from this neck of the woods, it’s not going to happen.

Why? … it’s disempowering.

Think about it … why do you want to know your future?

and,

why do you want someone else to tell you about it?

Go on, take a moment or two to answer that for yourself, if you are in the situation of contemplating having a psychic reading.

Good… got the answers, are they anything like this…?

  • I want to know what is going to happen in my relationship.
  • I want to know if I’m going to lose my job.
  • I want to know if my mother has a message for me.
  • I want to know what to do next because …
  • I want to know if anything bad is going to happen.
  • I don’t believe in any of this and I want you to prove differently.

So say you had a reading and they told you the answer to one of your questions.

Then what?

What are you going to do next?

  • Panic?
  • Sell up?
  • Give up?
  • Beat yourself up?
  • Have more unanswered questions?

None of that is moving you forward. Nothing listed here is offering you a solution.

All it does is create more of the same kind of feelings and dead-end actions.

Seeking these kinds of readings, at best takes your power away.

How can it do otherwise, since you are giving your power to someone else?

At worst, it makes you dependent on someone else. You might feel you have to go back and get more of your unanswered questions fulfilled.

Someone else is doing your work for you. You are not in command of your life.

Disempowered and dependant?

No, not on my watch.

My purpose and everything I do is about empowering women to live better lives. To know themselves more fully, warts and all, so that can create the outcomes they want.

In fact, the warts are the best part because they are generally what is holding you back. Get to the bottom of those, and things move way more easily! You get to create the life that you always thought possible but didn’t  know how.

My purpose is not to make you dependant upon me.

My services use my intuitive skills as a way to empower you. To help you find your answers and with my help find the outcomes and solutions that move you forward.

The reason I use intuitive tools is that I find it speeds up the whole process.

We get there quicker. I like speed!  I don’t want you on a two-year course with me. I want you in your own perfect next step action!

The thing is, something is going to change. If you want something different in your life then something has to. There must be a clearing out, a dying away of something, to make space for the new. It cannot be any other way.

Since change is hard for most of use, especially if it is forced upon us, you might need help and support.

Why not usher in change at your pace?

Why not take the reins and be in command of your own creative life force?

You can create anything, since all great things start with a thought!

All shitty things start with a thought too!

Since you might be contemplating a psychic or Intuitive Reading, have a look at what I offer as ways to work with me.  Check it out HERE

You might like to join my Insiders too, as I make all special offers available there and I have a few special offers lined up for the New Year, 2018.

You can join here.

Until next time – Cheerybye!
